We had a great dining experience last evening at the Dream Dance Steakhouse.
It's $75 (with wine pairings $115) for five courses, and the entire table must participate. Each is served with our signature duo of a potato, house salad or soup, and choice of sauce or rub.įor those who prefer to allow the chef to take control of the dining experience, a tasting menu is available. Offerings are specialty cuts (Niman Ranch filet mignon, 30-day dry-aged T-Bone), Certified Angus beef premium cuts (New York strip, Porterhouse) or signature cuts (prime-grade bone-in filet mignon, prime grade bone-in KC Strip) that are seasoned with salt and pepper, then broiled.
